TerrOne
The TerrOne is a high-performance ultralight aircraft (ULM) that was born from the idea of always going further, combining experience with innovation.
Promecc Aerospace designs the aircraft in every detail: from avionics, to comfortable interiors, to exterior design; our exteriors are hand-painted with UV-resistant two-component polyurethane paint, where every curve and contour is crafted by skilled craftsmen; no colour is too bold, no finish is too complex.
The aircraft structure is completely produced with composite materials and therefore has excellent durability, corrosion resistance and fatigue properties.
The TerrOne cabin, with a width of 120 cm and custom-made to customer specifications, is designed to offer an exclusive, ergonomic and comfortable environment. The seats, designed to ensure maximum well-being even during the longest stretches, are electrically adjustable and customizable through a wide selection of colours, materials and finishes. The instrumentation is integrated into a panel made entirely of carbon fibre. Visibility on board the TerrOne is exceptional thanks to a cabin design that ensures a panoramic view free from obstacles at the front, side and upwards. The connection line between the cockpit and the bonnet was also designed to optimize visibility, improving take-off and landing phases.
The TerrOne aircraft consists of two full spars: a main one of size 80×130 which ensures robustness and a second one of size 40×80 on which the hinges of the ailerons and flaps are mounted. The wings have an elliptical shape, ideal for high manoeuvrability. The stabilizer is adjustable, allowing the angle of incidence of the entire horizontal tailplane to be varied to balance the aircraft in flight at different speeds or with different loads, without the pilot having to exert constant pressure on the controls, also ensuring excellent visibility of the outside.
TerrOne’s control system was designed and tested in its movement in every detail through advanced CAD programs.
